FIRST THINGS FIRST

Wednesdays 7:00 - 9:00 PM Hub Downtown
This four-week series of prenatal classes is held on a quarterly basis to help expecting parents prepare for childbirth, breastfeeding and the early days and weeks of parenthood. Pre-registration required.

BRINGING BABY HOME

Designed for both pregnant and new parents, the Bringing Baby Home Program is a research-based workshop that teaches couples parenting and relationship skills in order to become the best parenting team possible. Pre-registration required.

MOMS MATTER POSTPARTUM SUPPORT GROUP

Every Tuesday 1:00 - 2:00 PM Hub Timberlea
For many women, the transition to motherhood can prove to be more difficult than expected. Join our trained facilitators to gain tools and strategies to help you through the ups and downs of motherhood. This is a drop-in group where babies are always welcome!


HEALTHY PREGNANCY FAIR

Join the Hub and many community partners for an afternoon filled with all things pregnancy and birth!


MINDFUL MOTHERHOOD

Thursday mornings 9:00 - 10:00 AM During September, November and February Hub Downtown
Combining mom and baby yoga with mindfulness practices that can be integrated into your everyday life, Mindful Motherhood helps you stay balanced, healthy and connected with your baby. Pre-registration required.


POSSUMS SLEEP EDUCATION

Saturdays 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM Hub Timberlea
Drawn from the latest research in neuroscience, sleep science and infant attachment, the Possums strategies help to make the nights more manageable and the days more enjoyable - all without leaving your baby to cry. Pre-registration required.
