Learn how to have happy, healthy families from pregnancy right into the first year of your child’s life. Our prenatal programs prepare you for childbirth, breastfeeding and the early weeks of parenting while our postpartum programming helps supports healthy family relationships and include activities for parents and babies to enjoy together.


FIRST THINGS FIRST


This four-week series of prenatal classes is held on a quarterly basis to help expecting parents prepare for childbirth, breastfeeding and the early days and weeks of parenthood.


BRINGING BABY HOME

February 23-24

Designed for both pregnant and new parents, the Bringing Baby Home Program is a research-based workshop that teaches couples parenting and relationship skills in order to become the best parenting team possible. Pre-registration required.


MOMS MATTER POSTPARTUM SUPPORT GROUP

Tuesdays at 1:00 pm

The Hub Timberlea

Moms Matter is a drop-in support group for expectant and new moms, giving them a safe and encouraging space to learn strategies to help through the ups and downs of motherhood.

HEALTHY PREGNANCY FAIR

Expectant parents in Wood Buffalo come together to learn how to stay healthy during pregnancy, childbirth and baby’s first year. The day will be filled with local presenters, vendors and community partners  and a prenatal yoga class. A light lunch will be provided.

Combining mom and baby yoga with mindfulness practices that can be integrated into your everyday life, Mindful Motherhood helps you stay balanced, healthy and connected with your baby.
