FIRST THINGS FIRST
The five-week series of prenatal classes is held to help expecting parents have healthy, happy pregnancies, prepare for childbirth and support the early days and weeks of parenthood.
BRINGING BABY HOME
Designed for both pregnant and new parents, the Bringing Baby Home Workshop will give couples the skills and information to recognize and cope successfully with the normal stressors of becoming a new family.
MOMS MATTER POSTPARTUM SUPPORT GROUP
What should be one of the happiest times of your life is a struggle instead and while other mothers seem in control, you feel like you’re falling apart. For one in six women, the adjustment to motherhood is difficult and many suffer from crippling depression, anxiety, doubt or guilt. If this describes you, you’ve come to the right place. We understand. We can help. Our weekly support group is led by trained facilitators and provides a safe place for mothers to connect with other mothers in a similar situation and receive valuable information and emotional support.
